The "Republik Melon" in Blitar Regency is a millennial farmer-based agribusiness initiative that successfully integrates greenhouse technology with modern agricultural practices. This study aims to describe and analyze the innovation model of Republik Melon as a millennial agribusiness development strategy and its efforts to enhance export competitiveness. A qualitative approach with document analysis method was employed. Data were collected through documentary study from official regional government documents, institutional and scientific publications, and mass media reports. Documents were selected purposively based on credibility, relevance, and timeliness. The findings reveal that Republik Melon's innovation rests on three pillars: (1) technological innovation (greenhouses, superior varieties), (2) institutional innovation (millennial farmer association, partnerships with PENS and Polbangtan Malang), and (3) human resource innovation (millennial farmer engagement, continuous training). This model has successfully increased productivity and expanded regional market access. However, export challenges persist in certification, packaging, and quality consistency. The study recommends strengthening export business incubation and facilitating global GAP certification.
